If you are thinking of visiting us or are interested in what we do, this is a brief summary of the key details.
Our main Sunday morning services are at 10.30am and usually finish around 12pm. They
are often lively and have an informal feel to them. Music is provided by a band (piano,
guitars, drums, flute) and most of our songs and hymns are taken from Songs of Fellowship.
Often the service includes a short children’s talk. Sermons are typically 20-
We begin with the children joining us and then most Sundays they leave for their
groups around 11am. StoryKeepers is for age 3-

During the week at different times we run adult Discipleship Groups, which are usually Bible study based. One of these is during the daytime at the church and caters especially for mums or other family members who need to have their babies and toddlers with them. Others are on Wednesday evenings (with some at other times) at people’s homes in various locations. All these groups meet around twice a month.
We also run a variety of midweek groups including Shining Stars for parents and toddlers, Awana and Rock Solid for children, and a monthly Luncheon Club for senior citizens.
From time to time we hold a free Money Course to help people budget, save and manage their money well, with material provided by an organisation called Christians Against Poverty (CAP). Occasionally we may run a Christianity Explored course about the basics of Christianity.
Please call or email the church office for further information.
You will always receive a warm welcome if you join us. We are increasingly reaching out into the community in order to help people with what we have to offer and to build local relationships.
The church is often referred to by its own people as NCBC. The church was founded in 1881.
